Boosting our immune system has to be our number one priority in the current climate of viruses and infection, however, most of us are primarily focusing on hiding behind personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves shields etc to protect ourselves from the epidemic spread by the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In addition to PPE we must also consider boosting our immune system to fight back viruses and infection and the best way to do this is to do it using natural products which don’t have any side effects.

7. Physical Activity
We all enjoy sitting in front of the TV and snack. No harm in doing this, however, don’t become a couch potato otherwise you will inviting a whole load of problems for yourself. Add some physical activity to your daily routine. If you can’t go to the gym then why not go jogging, cycling or even just walking. If the weather is not great outside simply jog on the spot for around 15 minutes. Every bit counts.
8. Stay Joyful
It’s easy to get stressed and panic with the current situation. This, in turn, causes stress and anxiety which degrades our immune system. Try and find joy and happiness in little everyday things we do. We overlook some of the little pleasures of life. Find them and be joyful.
